LUNE COSMETICS - Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
1. Do these eyelashes need to be glued?
Answer: No. This is our glue-free self-adhesive series, which allows for easy and safe application without the need for eyelash glue.
2. Can the Travel Set be purchased separately?
Answer: No. The 6-in-1 travel set is an exclusive gift and is not sold separately. It is given free with the purchase of any full-priced eyelash product.
3. What is the length of each type of eyelash?
Answer: Most of our styles (such as Iconic, Diva, Muse, Velvet, Foxy) are available in two lengths: 9-11mm and 9-12mm. The #Starlet style is 10-13mm, suitable for creating a more glamorous look.
4. Are the eyelashes in the travel set the same size as the regular size?
Answer: To make it easier to create a natural makeup look while traveling, the #Starlet version in the travel set uses a shorter 9-11mm size, while the other versions maintain their original natural proportions.
5. Is the eyelash curler (Tweezer) a free gift?
Answer: No. The professional eyelash curler is sold separately for HKD $49. It is designed for precise eyelash application, making the process easier.
6. Can eyelashes be reused?
Answer: Yes. With proper care, our premium eyelashes can be reused multiple times. We recommend storing them properly in their original packaging after each use.
7. Which one is most suitable for everyday makeup?
Answer: For clients seeking a natural, everyday look, we highly recommend #Iconic and #Diva . If you prefer a more vibrant and voluminous look, #Velvet is also a good choice.
